Course Description

The objective of Course #11: Bone Grafting Procedures is to give you a better understanding of the clinical application of bone and bone graft materials to obtain the desired results in your patient. You will learn which graft materials and combination of graft materials are recommended for various grafting procedures, the procedures used to place various grafts and where and how to obtain bone from donor sites. As well, the reader will be introduced to the terminology commonly used in implant dentistry plus find answers to several of the most commonly asked questions by patients.

On successful completion of this course, you will be in a better position to clinically place bone grafts into your patients from a grounded base of knowledge.
