The objective of Course #7: Soft Tissue Over dentures is to give you a better understanding of Soft Tissue Over dentures, how to fabricate them, how to process attachments into dentures, perform intra oral pickups and how to reline over dentures. As well, the reader will be introduced to the terminology commonly used in implant dentistry plus answers to several of the most commonly asked questions by patients. On successful completion of this module, you will be in a better position to discuss in depth the subject of soft tissue over dentures with your patients and to understand the other modules in this series. As well, you will be able to perform the technical and chairside procedures for fabrication of soft tissue over dentures and clasp free partials and the attachment of O rings to over dentures for your patients.
